Joe Sandoval
Joe grew up in Caldwell and is the founder of Treasure Valley Crime and Community, a platform dedicated to public safety, crime awareness, and fostering transparency between law enforcement and residents. As a community advocate, his commitment to keeping Idaho informed has earned him recognition from local law enforcement agencies. Joe has served on the board of ICPA since 2021 and is taking his dedication to the next level as president.

Ed Fritz
Ed served as the ICPA President for four years and has 17 years of experience in security and loss prevention. He is the Crime Prevention Supervisor for the Boise Police Department where he has worked for the past six years. Ed is also the current Chairman for the Organized Retail Crime Association of Idaho (ORCAID).

Leahann Romero
Leahann Romero is a certified Crime Prevention Specialist and has her ICPA Professional Designation. She has worked in the criminal justice system for over 17 years. Leahann received her Bachelor's degree from Boise State University and her Master's degree from Arizona State University. Leahann's area of focus is prevention, correction and juvenile justice.

Renee Cox
Renee is the planning and project manager for Ada County Juvenile Services. She is a certified Crime Prevention Specialist and holds certificates in Basic and Victim Offender Mediation and facilitating Restorative Conferences. She conducts training in Facilitative Skills, Restorative Justice, Drug Education, Crime Prevention, and various other topics.

Public Information Officer
Jennifer Abrao
Jennifer currently works as a Crime Prevention Specialist for the Meridian Police Department. She previously worked for the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office for 13 years as a Community Services Officer assigned to Crime Prevention. From 2016-2018 she was the President of the California Crime Prevention Officers Association.
